ACID KLEAN-N is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This non-foaming liquid acid cleaner contains phosphoric and nitric acid. It is very effective in removing mineral scale deposits and rust. This product also provides continuous passivation of stainless steel. May be used in most food processing operations to remove protein, milkstone, water hardness, and other mineral film deposits.
