A concentrated blend of surfactants designed to provide optimum wetting, penetration, and removal of residues in a variety of cleaning applications. ALKA-CLEAN ADDITIVE 2000 will de-foam in solution temperatures of 120° to 210°F. It is free rinsing, reduces caustic carryover in bottle washers, and is ideal for addition to CIP cleaning solutions in dairy and food processing facilities.
