A phosphated, granulated, highly alkaline cleaning compound containing caustic soda. It offers top efficiency in the removal of heavy soils for all types of food plant cleaning. This product is low foaming for a high rate of emulsification of fats and greases. It also will remove and dissolve proteins. It has a long life for soak tanks and rinses well. Do not use on any soft metal including aluminum or on painted surfaces of any kind.
