A heavy-duty alkaline liquid cleaner containing a proprietary blend of detergent surfactants and chelating agents designed to remove soils generated in high temperature processing equipment. This product is formulated to eliminate the need for acid washing after traditional caustic and alkaline wash steps. It has superior cleaning, rinsing and chelating properties for use in cleaning all high temperature processing equipment such as UHT units, dryers, evaporators, HTST systems, and cheese processing equipment applications.
