A powdered manual cleaner for food and dairy processing plants. It is designed for all surfaces including stainless steel and is effective in soft and hard water conditions. This chlorinated formula contains biodegradable surfactants that provide for easier cleaning of even heavy protein soils. The strong sudsing characteristics of CHLORINATED MANUAL-MATE make it especially effective for brush cleaning on vertical surfaces because the solution has increased contact time.
