MEMBRANE SOAK

Designed for use as a membrane preservative with antimicrobial properties. This strong metabisulfite product is used to control yeast and mold counts in membrane systems any time the plant will be shut down over 2 hours. MEMBRANE SOAK has been designed to be used with citric acid. The addition of citric acid lowers the pH to the desired levels of 4 to 4.5 to enhance antimicrobial properties. When used as directed, this product will not corrode materials used in UF/RO systems – even under extended shutdowns.
