A chelate additive to condition water for high temperature CIP cleaning and as an additive for bottle washing. When used with alkaline cleaning solutions, ALKA-CLEAN ADDITIVE 1000 acts to sequester calcium, magnesium and iron to prevent mineral precipitation. It is stable in strong caustic solutions for extended periods of time.
