This additive is a blend of water conditioners and chelates. LIQUID B-BRITE is recommended for the alkaline cycle cleaning of hot and cold CIP pipelines, HTST units, evaporators, brew kettles, kegs, cookers, fryers, blanchers, fillers and general food processing equipment.
